Thank you for writing to me on 2 September 2009 about the problems that always disturb neighbors comfort your family.
As you said in the letter about your neighbors who lack respect for others and always makes you uncomfortable night's rest. Which is always turned on tv in the middle of the night with a loud voice. Thus interfere with your family who is resting. It also makes your yard become dirty.
Since I am the owner of apartments, I will rebuke your neighbor is, at the time this letter reached you. I see the continuation of business with you, and thank you for your support in my apartment.
